- During your event, current weather will display on the home screen. By tapping th current weather icon you will see detailed weather for the current week.
To create and manage your Home, visit your event in the and select from the left-hand side menu. You will see two tabs to edit and create your home experience for your attendees. Once accessed, under the tab, you will click the plus button [+] to populate tiles for the home screen. Remember, each tile can be specified to All attendees or specific people and groups.
- Tile Name: Add a title or brief description (e.g., “Day 1 Agenda”).
- Tile Size: Small or Large.
- Visible To: Everyone or specific groups/individuals.
- Release: Immediately or at a specific date/time.
- Default Tile Image: Add an image without obscuring content.
- Hide the title if an image already represents it.
- Links directly to menu items like Full Schedule or Live Feed.
- Call-To-Action Text: Available for Menu, Content, Video, and System tile types.
- Links to content such as speaker profiles, schedule items, or surveys.
- If content isn’t listed, create a custom link in the Links & QR Code feature.
- Links to YouTube, Vimeo, or Materials videos.
- Note: Videos must be uploaded to Materials before adding to the tile.
- Displays Up Next/Happening Now schedule items or the Live Feed.
- Ensure users have items assigned in their schedule for Up Next/Happening Now.
