Introduced new account-level template in the admin for managing the text on subscription and ICS appointment confirmations, allowing for more customizations. Updated the list view to display multiple rooms in the location column by showing how many rooms are assigned to appointments with ask customer enabled. Removed the pop-up when updating attendee invite responses in past appointments to make updates smoother and remove unnecessary checks. Made changes so partners can't edit or update a read-only appointment from the primary event using the options button. Fixed a process where an approved invite request didn't send invites right away. Now, a new email will tell the requestor their request is accepted, and they'll get an invite once the appointment is scheduled.
