This document explains how to access and edit the basic information of your event, including event name, date, time, location, description, status, format, and organizing team.
Accessing Event Details
Go to Event Setup in the left-hand menu.
Click Details.
You will now see the Details page for your event.
Editing Event Details
- Mandatory fields: marked with a small star.
- Event Status:
- Review: visible only to admins.
- Live: visible to all registered attendees.
- Deactivated: event is no longer displayed in attendees’ dashboards.
- Name, Date, and Time: editable in their respective fields.
- Event Format: choose between In-Person, Virtual, or Hybrid.
- Additional details:
- Event description
- Event language
- Associated organizing team (important for emails and support requests)
Remember to click “Save” after making any changes.
