An overview of connecting & getting to know attendees
Upon viewing an attendee's profile, you may select Connect to send them a connection request.
Once the other attendee confirms your connection request, you will be able to view their full profile, including the ability to contact via direct message and video chat within Cadence along with emailing and calling where applicable.
When you select the direct message icon from the Contact Options, the direct message will open with that attendee. You may send written messages, photos, videos, gifs, and locations.
When you select the video chat icon, it will open up an initiate video chat pop-up with the default video chat platform that the organizer has selected.
When you select the email icon, it will open up your email client with the new message to that attendee.
When you select the phone icon, it will open up your phone app when on mobile & tablet and will display the available options when on desktop web.
The About section will display the attendees biography along with any customer fields from the event organizers registration or attendee surveying.
When connected with someone, you can see their connections, to you get it, further connect!
