  • Implemented the ability to detect potential matches between scanned leads and existing HCP (Customer) profiles. This allows users to review, confirm, or dismiss matches and seamlessly integrates the matched HCP into the system
  • It has the following possible values:
Disabled - the matching is off, nothing to do
Pending  — lookup is in progress, to show an indicator somewhere, both for this lead and for leads overall
ReadyForMatch — this lead record is ready for manual pick/confirm the match
NotMatched — match was performed, and it was decided that this lead has no customer record associated
Matched — manually confirmed, there is a customer record for this lead, match confirmed by a user

  • Introduced a new filtering option for the Collection List. The option's design has been improved, making it more user-friendly, which will help users work more efficiently and clearly.
