The Groups feature in Cadence allows you to leverage attendee segments for effective post-event communication and engagement. From the Groups Menu › Settings section, you can organize attendees into logical categories that make follow-up activities more targeted and efficient, ensuring your post-event communications reach the right audience with relevant content.
When to use

Review existing groups to identify segments for targeted follow-up.
Look for groups based on session attendance, interests expressed, or engagement levels during the event.
Create additional follow-up groups if needed by clicking the "+" button.
Name these groups descriptively (e.g., "Post-Event Survey Recipients" or "Product Demo Attendees").
Add members to follow-up groups based on event participation data.
You can use analytics reports to identify highly engaged attendees for specific follow-up groups.

Schedule follow-up communications within 48 hours of event conclusion for maximum impact.

Troubleshooting
If group members aren't receiving follow-up communications:
Verify email addresses are correct in attendee profiles
Check that notifications are properly scheduled and not in draft status
Ensure group membership hasn't changed since communications were configured
