View Current Cadence Services Info Configuration
The Cadence Services Info menu provides essential information about service configurations for your event, including logistics requirements, hardware needs, and support types. From the Cadence Services Info section, you can quickly review your current service settings to ensure they align with your event requirements and make any necessary adjustments.

Before you start
You must have System Administrator or Event Manager permissions to access the Cadence Services Info menu. Required fields are marked with an asterisk (*).
How to do it
Log in to your Cadence Admin account.
Navigate to your event dashboard.
Click on "Event Setup" in the left sidebar menu.
Select "Cadence Services Info" from the submenu that appears.
If you don't see the Cadence Services Info option, you may need to scroll within the sidebar menu or check your permissions.
Review the "HubSpot Deal Link URL" field to see if your event is connected to a HubSpot deal.
Check the "Concierge User ID" field to identify the assigned concierge support person.
Verify the "Enable Logistics" setting to confirm if logistics support is enabled, disabled, or pending decision.
When "Yes" is selected, the Logistics User ID field will display the assigned logistics coordinator.
Examine the "Hardware Required" setting to confirm if hardware has been requested for your event.
Review the "Onsite Services Type" to verify what kind of support is configured for your event.
The Onsite Services Type determines what support resources will be allocated to your event, so ensure this setting accurately reflects your needs.
Check the "Seminar Contract" field for any contract information associated with your event.
Troubleshooting
If you cannot view the Cadence Services Info configuration:
Verify that you have the proper permissions (System Administrator or Event Manager)
Check that your event is in an active state (not archived or locked)
Ensure you're accessing the correct event in your dashboard
