Currently, in beta testing with internal employees, we've upgraded the pop-up modal for editing appointments. This revision includes reorganizing fields to streamline form completion, facilitating a quicker and more logical data entry process. This update aims to enhance user efficiency and accuracy when managing appointments. - Updated helper text for the attendee field in the request form to better reflect the new settings for required attendees.
- Improved form layout by moving the people field higher, making it more accessible.
- Added a new setting to mark required questions to ensure all necessary information is captured during the appointment request process.
Added a new notes column related to automated email communications in the appointment export reports for better tracking and analysis. Reorganized details within the single email invite communications to enhance clarity and presentation.
Addressed an issue with company appointment setup not functioning correctly when trying to set it up with the Zoom integration option.
Single and multiple custom fields in external engagements now maintain their color tab assignments even when congress events are displayed in the list view. Previously, we couldn't support the colors in this setup.
- Implemented trimming of single/multi-select custom fields on the server before saving to prevent data errors.
- Updated import templates to remove or ignore extra spaces, ensuring cleaner data entry and processing.
Added location details to the pop-up view in the 'My Schedule' calendar view, providing more comprehensive information at a glance. Fixed an issue where custom locations were not being saved correctly in schedule items on admin.
