Registration
Added a new attribute for unique user registration URL links to include in the Welcome and Registration Email templates.
Implemented a 'Referrals' tab in admin that allows admins to view a list of where attendees have registered from for an event and with which registration link. Admins also have the ability to export a report with this information.
Implemented the ability to mark a question within the registration form as required.
Appointments
Implemented the ability for Appointments to be set up using a Symphony as their online meeting location.
Adjusted logic in that when only "My Appointments" is enabled should for a user it does not display as a sub-menu item but as the Main Menu item.
Updated our default copy for Ask Customer Email invites to be more generic and fit many different event use cases.
Companies
Improved layout for Company pages which included providing a better display for all different use cases for when banner, logos, taglines are present or not.
Added an 'Admin/Rep Only' indicator to the Companies Resources empty state to educate event organizers who can edit and see this section.
Implemented the ability to export a Companies report in the Admin, to get a quick overview of how each company is set up for your event.
Symphony
Updated the logic in how video content is presented to participants removing controls for them and allowing hosts to play out a video to the end.
Added a start screen shown to users for setting their audio and video controls for a symphony.
Adjusted logic to also show regular Symphony participants the Symphony Lobby that was previously only enabled for hosts and co-hosts.
Improved the copy for the message that shows when an admin or host deletes a message within the Symphony Messaging feature.
Added the ability to view and select your camera and audio input in the Symphony lobby.
Implemented feature visibility settings for Participants list and
Messaging on a new Symphony form. It will allow event organizers to determine who sees these specific Menu items while in Symphony.
Added the ability to configure Breakout settings on a new Symphony form.
Fixed an issue that would allow participants to view hosts' video and audio before they officially joined the Symphony. This was only occurring when the host sets the Symphony to Go Live.
Fixed an issue that prevented users to see themselves in the participants' list.
Addressed logic that would duplicate a Survey in the content overview section when a host was opting to 'Preview' the Survey not yet send to the audience.
Fixed an error that showed when user selected to Share their screen but then clicked 'Cancel' to opt-out of screen-sharing.
People
Implemented the new People list View that was already available on the Event level for the Company Level.
Added the ability to enable a 'Group' Sub-menu item at the Company Menu level.
Addressed some admin user logic within our People settings for direct messaging and 1-to-1 video chats.
Implemented a proper 'Pending' status that is displayed when a user sends a connection request to someone else.
Updated the attribute for Welcome/Registration template email for the Instant Login Link to read "Access Event" when viewed in Email.
Implemented logic that redirects users to the Login Page when SSO is enabled when the user clicked an Instant Login Link in their email in order to prevent bypassing SSO.
Event Management
Added the ability for Admin users to create an embedded custom menu item (not available for Essential events).
Enabled the ability to set Color Themes per feature, not just per the overall Event.
Added some clarifying copy to the Event Topics configuration setting.
Made adjustments to the event images by relabeling and adding some details.
Added some image specs in the admin site for the Profile Banner Image that is used as the default for the Speakers details pages (and really soon for People details pages).
Updated some broken links in our 'First Event Welcome Email'.
Schedule
Updated the Schedule to no longer show an inactive 'Join Lobby' button up to one hour before a schedule item starts and only show an active 'Join Now' button that becomes visible 15 min before start time.
Made schedule item tracks clickable in the Schedule list view to give attendees an easy way to refine their schedule with just one click.
Updated description with complex formatting (eg. bulleted points) to only show a 'View description' hyperlink instead of the copy preview in the Schedule list view.
Made further improvements to the Schedule Importer adding some helpful tips to the Schedule Import template and making sure the system can match existing schedule item IDs upon reimport.
Reports
Added additional Symphony Reportsregarding Messaging and Asked Questions.
Made the Messaging reports available to all admin users to view and download.
Reports (Admin) - Event - Final Report to add additional Companies reporting
Speakers
Made some minor edits to the Speakers details page such as updating the positioning of speaker thumbnail and details, as well as the social icons.
Subscribe to Calendar
Implemented a new Subscribe pop-up screen with better options for users when the Subscribe to Calendar is not set to use a specific calendar subscription.
Compete
Implemented the ability for the leaderboard image set in the admin per each competition to pull in as the background image for the leaderboards on the Web. This will allow event organizers to further brand their competitions and use custom imagery.
Home
Implemented an option to adjust the image opacity for the Home image within the Admin.
Messaging
Improved the copy for the message that shows when an admin or user deletes a message within a Direct Message or a private or public channel in Messaging.
Login
Updated the logic so that going 'Back To Login' page remembers the user's already entered email and is able to proceed with a new option without having to retype the information.
Live Feed
Made a small visual update to the Live Feed menu display when multiple feeds are enabled.
Support
Added the 'What's New' option within our Support Menu drop-down in the Admin site which when clicked will lead users to our 'Releases and Product Updates' collection.
