The Cadence Services Info menu allows you to connect your event with a HubSpot deal, enabling seamless integration between your event management and customer relationship management systems. By linking a HubSpot deal to your event, you can access deal information directly from Cadence and ensure consistent data across platforms.

When setting up a new event that corresponds to a HubSpot deal

Before you start
You must have System Administrator or Event Manager permissions to link a HubSpot deal to an event. The HubSpot Deal Link URL field is optional but recommended for proper integration.
How to do it
Log in to your Cadence Admin account.
Navigate to your event dashboard.
Click on "Event Setup" in the left sidebar menu.
Select "Cadence Services Info" from the submenu that appears.
If you don't see the Cadence Services Info option, you may need to scroll within the sidebar menu or check your permissions.
Locate the "HubSpot Deal Link URL" field at the top of the Info section.
Open your HubSpot account in a separate browser tab.
Navigate to the specific deal you want to link to your event.
