How to view appointment status (proposed, pending, confirmed)

View Appointment Status

The Appointments dashboard in Cadence provides a comprehensive overview of all your scheduled meetings, allowing you to quickly monitor appointment statuses including proposed, pending, confirmed, declined, and cancelled appointments. The status filter ribbon at the top of the dashboard makes it easy to see counts for each status type and filter your view accordingly.

When to use

  • When you need to check the status of scheduled appointments
  • When tracking the progress of meeting confirmations
  • When filtering appointments by specific status types
  • When preparing reports on appointment engagement metrics
You must have System Administrator, Event Manager, or Event Scheduler permissions to access the Appointments dashboard.

How to do it

    Log in to your Cadence account.
    Navigate to your event dashboard.
    Click on "Appointments" in the left sidebar menu.
    Select "All Appointments" from the dropdown menu.
Choose "My Appointments" to view only meetings where you are the organizer or scheduler.
    Review the status filter ribbon at the top of the dashboard showing counts for:
  • Total Appointments
  • Proposed (lavender)
  • Pending (yellow)
  • Confirmed (green)
  • Declined (red)
  • Cancelled (dark gray)
    Click on any status filter to show only appointments with that status.
Clicking a status filter will immediately update the list below to show only appointments with that status.
    Use the search bar to find specific appointments by title, attendee, or other criteria.
    Click the "Refine" button to access advanced filtering options.
You can combine status filters with other criteria like date range, organizer, or location for more specific results.
    Select your preferred view using the view toggle in the upper right corner:
  • List View (default)
  • Calendar View
  • Analytics View
    Export your filtered appointment list by clicking the "Export" button if you need an offline copy.

Troubleshooting

If you don't see the status filter ribbon:
  • Verify you have the correct permissions for the event
  • Ensure the Appointments feature is enabled for your event license type
  • Try refreshing the page if the status counts appear to be incorrect
