How to export check-in reports

The Event Check-In feature in Cadence allows you to track attendance at your events and generate reports for analysis and compliance purposes. You can export check-in data for overall event attendance, individual check-in lists, appointments, and schedule items directly from the platform. These reports provide valuable insights into attendance patterns and help verify participation.

When to use

  • When generating attendance reports for compliance or analytics
  • When verifying which attendees checked in to your event
  • When sharing attendance data with stakeholders
  • When analyzing participation metrics across different check-in lists
You must have Admin, Event Manager, or Event Scheduler permissions to export check-in reports.

How to do it

    Log in to your Cadence account.
    Navigate to your event dashboard.
    Select "People" from the left sidebar menu.
    Click "Event Check-In" in the submenu.
    View the check-in list you want to export.
You can filter the list by check-in status before exporting to focus on specific attendee groups.
    Click the "Export" button in the upper right corner of the screen.
The export includes all attendees in the current view, including their check-in status and timestamps.
    Select "Download Excel" to export the report as an Excel file.
For some check-in lists, you may also have the option to download a PDF version of the report.
    Open the downloaded file to view the check-in data.
The report includes columns for attendee information, check-in status, check-in date, and check-in time.

Accessing additional check-in reports

    Navigate to "Reports" in the left sidebar of your event dashboard.
    Select "Final Event Reports" from the submenu.
    Scroll to the "Check-Ins" section.
    Choose from the available report options:
  • Event Attendee Check-in Report
  • Individual Event Check-In List Report
  • Appointments Attendance Status Report
  • Individual Appointments Attendance Report
  • Schedule Item Attendance Status Report
  • Individual Schedule Item Attendance Report
    Click on your desired report to generate and download it.
For individual reports, you'll need to select the specific check-in list, appointment, or schedule item you want to report on.

Troubleshooting

If signature capture was enabled for check-ins but signatures are not appearing in your reports, verify that the check-in process was completed correctly and contact support if the issue persists.
