How to understand the Appointments dashboard layout
Understand the Appointments Dashboard Layout
The Appointments dashboard in Cadence provides a comprehensive overview of all your scheduled meetings, allowing you to monitor appointment statuses, manage attendees, and track engagement metrics. From this central hub, you can quickly identify pending, confirmed, and declined appointments while accessing tools to create new meetings or modify existing ones.
When to use
When you need a quick overview of all appointments at your event
When tracking the status of multiple meetings
When you want to filter appointments by specific criteria
When creating new appointments or modifying existing ones
When analyzing appointment metrics and engagement data
Before you start
You must have System Administrator, Event Manager, or Event Scheduler permissions to access and use the Appointments dashboard.
How to do it
Log in to your Cadence account.
Navigate to your event dashboard.
Click on "Appointments" in the left sidebar menu.
Select "All Appointments" from the submenu to view the dashboard.
Observe the status filter ribbon at the top showing counts for each appointment status.
Click on any status label to filter the list to show only appointments with that status.
Review the appointment list showing key information including name, date, time, location, and attendees.
Use the view toggles in the upper right corner to switch between list view, calendar view, or analytics view.
Click the "Refine" button to filter appointments by additional criteria such as date range, organizer, or custom fields.
Filters applied will persist until you clear them or navigate away from the page.
Click on any appointment in the list to view its complete details in a side panel.
Use the action buttons at the top of the list to create new appointments or perform bulk actions.
Bulk actions will affect all selected appointments, so choose carefully which appointments you select.
Check the column headers to sort the list by different criteria such as date, name, or status.
Hover over icons and status indicators to see additional information in tooltips.
Troubleshooting
If appointments aren't displaying correctly:
Verify you have the correct permissions for the event
Clear any active filters that might be hiding appointments
Check if the Event License Type supports the Appointments feature
Ensure your browser is updated to the latest version
