Symphony - Managing Your Meeting Inside Symphony

An overview of options once you have begun a Symphony meeting


Presenting Content

Any content you have preloaded will display within the Presentation menu item.

ADDING CONTENT

Select Add Material when you want to add content to your Symphony session.
There are three options available:


Create New Content



Select from Content Repository



Embedded Links

Adding Surveys

Select Add Survey to add a question or questions to send to your audience as a live poll.
Here, you can select from any pre-built survey in your repository.
In case you're wondering, yes the Cadence family loves lunch.


Live Polling

When the survey is within your Presentation timeline, you may send it as a Live Poll to your audience by clicking on it.
The poll will be visible in the presentation window to all attendees.

Enable/Disable Ask a Question Feature

As the Host, you have the control to determine when to enable or disable the "Ask a Question" feature. Simply click Enable Ask a Question or Disable Ask A Question as needed. This process is straightforward and user-friendly.

Presenting an Asked Question

When the speaker(s) are ready to answer questions, as the Host, select the question you want to present to the audience.
This is the view presented to the audience.
