How to remove Download App Details from registration

Remove Download App Details from Registration

The Remove Download App Details setting allows you to hide the mobile app download information from your event's registration page. This creates a cleaner registration experience, especially useful when you want to direct attendees primarily to the web version of your event. You can find this option in the Registration settings area of your Cadence event.

How to do it

    Log in to your Cadence Admin account.
    Navigate to your event dashboard.
    Click on "People" in the left sidebar menu.
    Select "Registration" from the submenu that appears.
    Click on the "Settings" tab at the top of the page.
    Scroll down to locate the "Remove Download App Details" checkbox.
    Check the box to hide the app download information from your registration page.
When enabled, this setting removes the app download buttons and related information that normally appear below the registration button.
    Review how this change will affect your registration page layout.
    Click "Save" at the bottom of the page to apply your changes.

Troubleshooting

If the app download details still appear on your registration page after enabling this setting:
  • Verify you clicked "Save" after checking the box
  • Clear your browser cache or try viewing the page in an incognito/private browsing window
  • Confirm you're looking at the correct event's registration page
