Account Management
Green Heart Calendar Invite Forwarding: Added the ability on backend to enable or disable ICS calendar invite forwarding for any account.

Appointments
Green Heart Ask Customer Availability:
  • Updated the “No Times Available” state on the Ask Customer page with an improved empty state design.
  • Ask Customer slot availability is now displayed within the appointment edit view during invite sending step.
  • Ask Customer invite emails sent via bulk actions now display slot availability details.
  • Added scheduler email notifications when Ask Customer pages have low or no available time slots remaining and customer opened the page.
Green Heart Dashboard Widget Support: Appointment Dashboards now support Customer Check-in Status and Appointment Custom Fields as widget data options.
💚 Event Scheduler Permission: Added the ability to restrict admin rights for appointment editing, check-ins, and insights viewing per event scheduler. Permissions will be tied to specific people or groups marked as organizer.
Green Heart Location Availability: Added a new appointment status visibility within Location Availability views.
💚 Confirm Appointment Flow: Updated the confirm appointments flow so users select the action directly, improving awareness of the process.
🐞 Partner Calendar Holds: Fixed an issue where partners retained calendar holds after declining an appointment. This was caused by differences between the calendar sync and ICS invite models.

People
Green Heart Email Attribute: Added an “Unregister URL” attribute to the waitlist spot opened email template.

Registration
Green Heart Post-Registration Confirmation: Updated the default post-registration confirmation message in the modal to support more flexible messaging.

Schedule
Lady Beetle Capacity Over-Registration: Fixed an issue allowing over-registration for schedule items with capacity limits when people registered simultaneously.
