Align Cadence Services Info with Service Level Agreements
The Cadence Services Info menu allows you to configure service settings that align with your organization's service level agreements (SLAs). Located in the Events section under Cadence Services Info › Info, this interface helps ensure that the support services configured for your event match the contractual obligations and service expectations established with your stakeholders.

When updating service configurations to match revised agreements
When verifying service settings align with contractual obligations

Before you start
You must have System Administrator or Event Manager permissions to modify Cadence Services Info settings. Required fields are marked with an asterisk (*).
How to do it
Log in to your Cadence Admin account.
Navigate to your event dashboard.
Click on "Event Setup" in the left sidebar menu.
Select "Cadence Services Info" from the submenu that appears.
Review your current HubSpot Deal Link URL to verify the correct contract is referenced.
The HubSpot Deal contains important contract details that can help you verify SLA requirements.
Set the "Enable Logistics" dropdown to match your SLA logistics support requirements.
Enter a Logistics User ID if your SLA specifies a dedicated logistics coordinator.
Select the appropriate option from the "Hardware Required" dropdown based on your SLA.
Selecting "No" when your SLA requires hardware may result in service delivery issues.
Choose the "Onsite Services Type" that aligns with your contractual service model.
For SLAs that specify hybrid support, select "Virtual and Onsite" to ensure proper resource allocation.
Enter your seminar contract number or reference in the "Seminar Contract" field.
Click "Save" to apply your SLA-aligned settings.
Document the configuration in your SLA tracking system for compliance purposes.
Troubleshooting
If your Cadence Services Info settings don't align with your SLA:
Verify the correct HubSpot Deal is linked to your event
Check if your SLA has been updated recently and requires configuration changes
Confirm with your account manager that your event license type supports all required services
