How to view attendee profiles and contact information

The Attendees menu in Cadence provides access to participant profiles and contact information based on your event's privacy settings. By understanding how visibility settings work, you can effectively navigate the attendee directory to find and connect with other participants while respecting privacy preferences.

When to use

  • When looking for specific attendees at your event
  • When you want to connect with other participants
  • When you need to view attendee contact information
  • When checking which profile details are visible to others
The visibility of contact information depends on the event's privacy settings configured by administrators.

How to do it

    Log in to your Cadence account.
    Navigate to your event dashboard.
    Click on "People" in the left sidebar menu.
    Select "Attendees" from the submenu.
    Choose your preferred view by clicking the view toggle in the upper right corner:
  • Profile View: Displays attendees as cards with photos and basic information
  • List View: Shows attendees in a table format with sortable columns
If you're looking for a specific person, use the search bar at the top of the attendee directory.
    Filter the directory by clicking "Refine" to narrow down attendees by groups, roles, or other criteria.
    Click on an attendee's name or profile card to view their detailed profile.
    Review the available contact information, which may include:
  • Email address (if email visibility is enabled)
  • Phone number (if phone visibility is enabled)
  • Company and job title
  • Social media handles
If "Enable Public Profiles" is disabled by event administrators, you may not be able to view other attendees' profiles.
    Connect with attendees using the available options (if enabled):
  • Direct messaging
  • Video chat
  • Adding to your connections

Troubleshooting

If you cannot see attendee profiles or contact information:
  • Check if the attendee has set their profile to hidden
  • Verify that the event administrator has enabled public profiles
  • Confirm whether email and phone visibility are enabled for the event
