Cadence supports Single Sign-On (SSO) using the SAML 2.0 protocol, allowing your users to securely authenticate using your organization's identity provider (IdP). SSO is available for both and the .
Cadence is compatible with all standard SAML 2.0 identity providers, including but not limited to:
- Okta
- Azure Active Directory
- PingIdentity
- OneLogin
- ADFS
- Shibboleth
- Other SAML-compliant IdPs
To configure SSO, Cadence requires the following from your identity provider:
Upload the , which should include:
- Entity ID
- Connection ID (or similar unique identifier)
- Public X.509 Certificate
- Assertion Consumer Service (ACS) URL (automatically parsed)
If XML metadata is not available, provide the following individually:
- The integration must be performed by an IT administrator with access to your SAML identity provider.
- After receiving the required information, Cadence will configure and test the connection with your team.
