How to export registration data

The Registration feature in Cadence allows you to export detailed information about your event registrants for reporting and analysis. From the Registration Menu › List section, you can generate comprehensive reports that include all registration form responses, timestamps, and attendee information in various formats to meet your specific needs.

When to use

  • When creating reports for stakeholders or team members
  • When analyzing registration demographics or form responses
  • When importing registration data into other systems
  • When tracking registration completion rates
You must have System Administrator or Event Manager permissions to export registration data.

How to do it

Log in to your Cadence Admin account.
    Navigate to your event dashboard.
Select "Registration" from the left sidebar menu.
Click the "List" tab at the top of the page.
Apply filters if needed to narrow down the registrants you want to export.
You can filter by registration status, date, or other criteria to create more targeted reports.
Click the "Export" button in the upper right corner of the screen.
Select your preferred export format (typically Excel).
The export includes all registration form responses, timestamps, and standard attendee fields.
Wait for the export to generate and download.
For large events with many registrants, the export may take several minutes to complete. Do not close your browser during this process.
Open the downloaded file with your preferred spreadsheet application.

Troubleshooting

If your export fails or contains incomplete data:
  • Verify you have the correct permissions for exporting registration data
  • For large exports, try exporting smaller batches by using more specific filters
  • Ensure your browser allows downloads from the Cadence platform
