The Resources section in Cadence allows you to attach, view, and manage documents and files associated with individual leads. This feature helps you store important materials related to specific leads, making it easy to share product literature, reference documents, or other files directly within the lead profile.
When to use

This feature requires file attachments to be enabled for your event in the Leads Configuration settings.
How to do it
Log in to your Cadence account.
Navigate to your event dashboard.
Select "Leads" from the left sidebar navigation.
Choose either "All Leads" or "My Leads" from the top tabs.
Locate the lead you want to view or manage resources for.
Click on the lead's name to open their detailed profile.
Scroll down to find the "Resources" section.
The Resources section displays the number of attached files in parentheses.
Click on the "Resources" section to expand it if it's collapsed.
View the list of attached files and documents.
Click on any file name to download or view the file.
Add a new file by clicking the "+" button in the Resources section.
You can upload various file types including PDFs, images, and documents up to 20MB in size.
Select a file from your device to upload.
Wait for the file to upload and appear in the Resources list.
Delete a file by clicking the trash icon next to the file name.
Deleted files cannot be recovered. Ensure you have a backup if needed.
Return to the leads list by clicking "Back to Leads" in the top navigation.
Troubleshooting
If you cannot see or access the Resources section:
Verify that file attachments are enabled in your event's Leads Configuration
Check that you have the appropriate permissions to view and manage lead resources
Ensure you're using the latest version of the Cadence app if accessing via mobile
