How to view appointment status and track responses
View Appointment Status and Track Responses
The Appointments dashboard in Cadence provides a comprehensive overview of all your scheduled meetings, allowing you to monitor appointment statuses and track attendee responses. From the Appointments Menu › Settings section, you can quickly identify pending, confirmed, and declined appointments while accessing tools to filter and analyze response data.

Before you start
You must have System Administrator, Event Manager, or Event Scheduler permissions to access and track appointment statuses.
How to do it
Log in to your Cadence account.
Navigate to your event dashboard.
Click on "Appointments" in the left sidebar menu.
Select "All Appointments" from the dropdown menu.
Choose "My Appointments" to view only meetings where you are the organizer or scheduler.
Review the status filter ribbon at the top of the dashboard showing counts for:
Total Appointments
Proposed (lavender)
Pending (yellow)
Confirmed (green)
Declined (red)
Cancelled (dark gray)
Click on any status filter to show only appointments with that status.
Use the search bar to find specific appointments by title, attendee, or other criteria.
Click the "Refine" button to access advanced filtering options.
You can filter by date range, organizer, customer, location, and other custom fields.
Click on any appointment row to view detailed status information.
Review the People section to see individual attendee response statuses.
Hover over the People field to see a breakdown of response statuses for customers and internal attendees.
Check the activity log at the bottom of the appointment details to track response history.
Export your filtered appointment list by clicking the "Export" button if you need an offline copy.
Generate an Attendance Status Report for detailed response tracking by selecting "Options" > "Download Attendance Report".
Troubleshooting
If appointment statuses are not updating after attendees respond to invitations, check that email integration is properly configured in your account settings.
