How to use lead categories and product lists for qualification
Lead categories and product lists in Cadence help you organize and qualify leads captured at events. When properly configured in the Leads Menu, these tools allow you to categorize leads based on interest level, product preferences, or follow-up priority, making it easier to filter and prioritize your post-event activities.
When to use

How to do it
Log in to your Cadence account.
Navigate to your event dashboard.
Select "Leads" from the left sidebar navigation.
Click on a lead to open their detailed profile.
Scroll down to find the categories section.
Categories are configured by your admin in Lead Settings and may include product interests, qualification levels, or follow-up priorities.
Select the appropriate options for each category to qualify your lead.
Choose categories that accurately reflect the lead's expressed interests during your conversation for better follow-up targeting.
Add notes in the Notes field to provide additional context about the lead's interests.
Save your changes to update the lead profile.
Return to the leads list by clicking "Back to Leads" in the top navigation.
Filter your leads by clicking the "Filter" button in the upper right corner.
Select category filters to view leads with specific qualifications or interests.
You can select multiple categories to narrow your results to leads that match all selected criteria.
Apply your filters to see the filtered leads list.
Export your filtered leads by clicking the "Export" button if you need to share the data.
Troubleshooting
If category options show incorrectly or appear mixed together:
Verify you're using the latest app version (iOS 2.7.365+ or Android 2.7.414+)
Force close and restart the Cadence app
Contact your admin to check the display setting (List vs. Pills) in Lead Settings
