How to view existing appointments

View Existing Appointments

The Appointments dashboard in Cadence provides a comprehensive overview of all scheduled meetings at your event. From this central hub, you can quickly view appointment details, track statuses, and manage your meetings efficiently. The dashboard offers multiple viewing options and filtering capabilities to help you find exactly what you need.

When to use

  • When you need to check the status of scheduled appointments
  • When looking for appointments on specific dates
  • When filtering appointments by organizer, attendee, or status
  • When you need to review appointment details before a meeting

Before you start

You must have System Administrator, Event Manager, or Event Scheduler permissions to access the Appointments dashboard.

How to do it

    Log in to your Cadence account.
    Navigate to your event dashboard.
    Click on "Appointments" in the left sidebar menu.
    Select "All Appointments" or "My Appointments" from the dropdown menu.
Choose "My Appointments" to view only meetings where you are the organizer or scheduler.
    Review the status filter ribbon at the top showing counts for each appointment status.
    Click on any status filter (Proposed, Pending, Confirmed, Declined, Cancelled) to show only appointments with that status.
    Use the search bar to find specific appointments by title, attendee, or other criteria.
    Click the "Refine" button to access advanced filtering options.
You can filter by date range, organizer, customer, location, and other custom fields.
    Select your preferred view using the view toggle in the upper right corner:
  • List View (default)
  • Calendar View
  • Analytics View
    Click on any appointment row to view its complete details.
If you make changes to appointment details, notification emails may be sent to attendees unless you disable the "Send Emails" option.
    Use the checkboxes to select multiple appointments for bulk actions if needed.
    Export your appointment list by clicking the "Export" button if you need an offline copy.

Troubleshooting

If you cannot see appointments that you believe should be visible:
  • Verify that your filters are not too restrictive
  • Check that you have the correct permissions for the event
  • Ensure you're looking at the correct date range
  • Try clearing all filters and searching again
