Export Registration Data with Schedule Selections
The Registration Menu in Cadence allows you to export comprehensive registration data that includes attendees' schedule item selections. Through the Registration Menu › Schedule section, you can generate reports that combine registration form responses with schedule selections, providing valuable insights for event planning and attendance tracking.
When to use
When analyzing which schedule items are most popular among registrants
When planning room assignments based on anticipated attendance
When creating reports that combine registration information with session preferences
When tracking registration patterns across different schedule items
You must have System Administrator or Event Manager permissions to export registration data with schedule selections.
How to do it
Log in to your Cadence Admin account.
Navigate to your event dashboard.
Select "Registration" from the left sidebar menu.
Click the "List" tab at the top of the page.
Apply filters if needed to narrow down the registrants you want to export.
You can filter by registration status, date, or other criteria to create more targeted reports.
Click the "Export" button in the upper right corner of the screen.
Select "Advanced Export - Assigned & Elective" from the export options.
This export option specifically includes both registration data and schedule selections in a single report.
Choose which fields to include in your export:
Registration form responses
Attendee custom fields
Guest count (if enabled for event)
Guest names (if enabled for event)
Click "Export" to generate and download your report.
For large events with many registrants and schedule items, the export may take several minutes to complete. Do not close your browser during this process.
Open the downloaded file with your preferred spreadsheet application.
Review the data to analyze registration patterns and schedule item selections.
Troubleshooting
If your export fails or contains incomplete data:
Verify you have the correct permissions for exporting registration data
For large exports, try exporting smaller batches by using more specific filters
Ensure your browser allows downloads from the Cadence platform
