Before you start
You must have System Administrator or Event Manager permissions to configure logistics settings. Required fields are marked with an asterisk (*).
How to do it
Log in to your Cadence Admin account.
Navigate to your event dashboard.
Click on "Event Setup" in the left sidebar menu.
Select "Cadence Services Info" from the submenu that appears.
If you don't see the Cadence Services Info option, you may need to scroll within the sidebar menu or check your permissions.
Select an option from the "Enable Logistics" dropdown to indicate whether logistics support is needed.
When "Yes" is selected, the Logistics User ID field becomes available for assignment.
Enter a Logistics User ID if you selected "Yes" for Enable Logistics.
Choose whether hardware is required for your event from the "Hardware Required" dropdown.
Specify the "Onsite Services Type" by selecting the appropriate option from the dropdown menu.
Selecting "Onsite" or "Virtual and Onsite" may require additional coordination with your Cadence support team.
Enter any HubSpot Deal Link URL if you want to connect your event to a specific HubSpot deal.
Add any seminar contract information in the designated field if applicable.
Click "Save" to apply your changes.
The system will not save if any required fields are incomplete or contain invalid values.
