Unregistering from Event: To support a more flexible attendee experience, we’ve introduced a complete unregistration flow for events. This includes:
Unregistering from Event: To support a more flexible attendee experience, we’ve introduced a complete unregistration flow for events. This includes:- Added a new admin setting to determine if an event will allow users to unregister from the event.
- Added new email template attributes to include an “Unregister from Event” link in attendee emails.
- Enabled a new “Unregister from Event” option for attendees directly on the event interface via support drop-down, their profile and from the event listing page as well as from the registration page itself.
- Built a standalone “Unregister from Event” confirmation page.
- Updated the Registration List in admin to reflect an attendee’s unregistered status.
- Registration Summary email updated to include Unregister information when the event allows attendee unregistration.
Waitlist Implementation:
Waitlist Implementation:- Added an admin setting to enable waitlists for event registration.
- Updated the registration page to display "Join Waitlist" if an event is at capacity and the waitlist is enabled, allowing users to register and be added to the waitlist.
- Added ability to edit and manage attendees on the waitlist when guests are allowed.
- Added ability to auto-promote attendees on the waitlist when guests is not enabled and allowing to rearrange the waitlist attendee position for promotion.
- Status column indicates if an attendee was promoted from the waitlist which is visible in export and via admin UI tooltip.
- New email template is now available for event waitlist spot opened notifications.
Registration List Metrics: Improved the clarity and accuracy of the top metrics shown on the Registration List to better reflect current registration and waitlist states as well as guest numbers at a glance.
