Limits the number of elective schedule items that attendees can add or register for in their schedule.
- When you need to control how many optional sessions each attendee can select
- When sessions have limited capacity and you want to ensure fair distribution
- When you want to prevent attendees from overcommitting to too many activities
Go to Schedule → Options
Enable the "Maximum Number of Elective Schedule Items" setting
Enter the desired maximum number in the field
Leave empty for no limit
When attendees reach their maximum limit, they'll see a message: "You have reached the maximum number of elective schedule items you can add or register for. Please remove some other schedule items from your schedule to make room for the ones you want to add or register for."
