Generate Appointment Attendance Status Reports

The Attendance Status Report provides detailed information about appointment attendees, including their invitation times, response times, check-in status, and signatures if applicable. This comprehensive report helps you track attendance for each appointment and is available from both the appointment details page and the export menu in the Appointments dashboard.

When to use

  • When tracking attendance for specific appointments
  • When you need to verify who has accepted, declined, or is pending
  • When collecting check-in information after an event
  • When you need attendance data for compliance or reporting purposes

Before you start

You must have System Administrator, Event Manager, or Event Scheduler permissions to access and generate attendance reports.

How to do it

Log in to your Cadence account.
    Navigate to your event dashboard.
Click on "Appointments" in the left sidebar menu.
Access the report using one of these methods:
  • From the appointment list: Click the three dots (options) next to an appointment and select "Download Attendance Report"
  • From appointment details: Open an appointment and click "Options" then "Attendance Status Report"
  • From the export menu: Click "Export" at the top of the appointments list and select "Attendance Status Report"
The report includes all attendees for the selected appointment(s), with each attendee listed in a single row.
Select your export options if prompted, such as file format (Excel or CSV).
Download the report to your computer.
Review the report which includes columns for:
  • Attendee name, email, and organization
  • Attendee type (Internal, Customer, or Partner)
  • Invitation date and time
  • Response date and time
  • Check-in status and timestamp
  • Signature information (if enabled)
  • City and state (if available)
You can filter the Excel report by attendee type, response status, or check-in status to focus on specific groups.
Use the data for post-event analysis, compliance documentation, or attendance verification.

Troubleshooting

If your export fails or contains incomplete data:
  • Verify you have the correct permissions for exporting appointment data
  • For large exports, try exporting smaller batches by using more specific filters
