Add Date/Time Columns for Check-in to Attendance Status Report
The Attendance Status Report in Cadence provides detailed information about appointment attendees, including their invitation and response times. By adding check-in date and time columns to this report, you can track exactly when attendees checked in to their appointments, which is valuable for compliance documentation and attendance verification.
When to use
When tracking precise check-in times for compliance purposes
When analyzing attendance patterns across appointments
When documenting attendee participation for regulatory requirements
When verifying attendance for follow-up activities
Before you start
You must have System Administrator or Event Manager permissions to modify report settings.
How to do it
Log in to your Cadence admin account.
Navigate to your event dashboard.
Select "Reports" from the left sidebar menu.
Click "Appointments" in the submenu.
Locate the "Attendance Status Report" in the list of available reports.
This report is also accessible from the "Final Event Reports" section under the "Check-Ins" category.
Click the "Edit" or "Configure" button next to the report.
Scroll to the column configuration section.
Enable the "Check-In Date" column by checking its corresponding box.
Enable the "Check-In Time" column by checking its corresponding box.
These columns will display as separate fields in the exported report, making it easier to sort and filter the data.
Click "Save" to apply your changes.
Generate the report by clicking "Export" or "Download."
The report will be downloaded in Excel format, which preserves all formatting and allows for easier data manipulation.
Open the exported file to verify that the check-in date and time columns are included.
Troubleshooting
If check-in date and time columns appear empty in your report, verify that check-in functionality was enabled for the appointments and that attendees were actually checked in. The system cannot display check-in times for attendees who haven't been checked in.
