The Leads Menu in Cadence allows you to organize scanned leads by categories and product interests. Sometimes, category options may display incorrectly when viewing lead profiles, especially on iOS devices where all options from different categories might appear together instead of being properly separated. This article explains how to resolve these display issues.

How to do it
Verify your app version is current by checking the App Store or Google Play Store.
iOS users should be on version 2.7.365 or later, and Android users on version 2.7.414 or later.
Force close the Cadence app on your device.
Restart the Cadence app and log in again.
Navigate to your event dashboard.
Select "Leads" from the left sidebar navigation.
Check the display setting for lead categories in Admin settings.
You can choose between "List" (traditional dropdown) or "Pills" (button-style) display for mobile devices.
Update the display setting if needed by toggling between List and Pills view.
Save your changes by clicking the "Save" button.
Return to the Leads section and verify the categories now display correctly.
Test the filtering by selecting different category options to ensure they work properly.
Changing display settings will affect all users of your event.
