How to view lead details and scan information

The Leads section in Cadence provides comprehensive information about leads captured at your event. When you navigate to Leads Menu › All Leads or My Leads, you can select any lead to view their complete profile, including contact information, scan details, notes, and any menu categories selected during scanning. This article explains how to access and interpret this detailed information.

When to use

  • When reviewing specific lead information after scanning
  • When preparing for follow-up with leads captured at an event
  • When checking which menu categories were selected for a lead
  • When reviewing notes added during or after scanning

How to do it

    Log in to your Cadence account.
    Navigate to your event dashboard.
    Select "Leads" from the left sidebar navigation.
    Choose either "All Leads" or "My Leads" from the top tabs.
"All Leads" shows leads captured by everyone, while "My Leads" displays only leads you personally scanned.
    Locate the lead you want to view in the list.
    Click on the lead's name to open their detailed profile.
    Review the lead's contact information in the header section.
    Scroll down to see additional details including:
  • Scan date and time
  • User who scanned the lead
  • Menu categories selected during scanning
  • Notes added to the lead
If Customer Matching is enabled, you may see a "Matched Customer" section showing the customer profile this lead has been matched with.
    Click on any attached files to view documents associated with this lead.
    View the lead's activity history at the bottom of the profile.
    Return to the leads list by clicking "Back to Leads" in the top navigation.
