How to Fix Company Logo Display Problems

When company logos don't display correctly in Cadence, it can affect your event's professional appearance across the platform. Logo display issues might appear in company listings, appointment emails, or the web interface. This guide will help you troubleshoot and resolve common problems with company logos in the Companies Menu.

When to use

  • When company logos appear distorted or cropped
  • When logos don't display at all despite being uploaded
  • When logos look inconsistent across web and mobile platforms
  • When company logos aren't appearing in emails or appointment confirmations

Before you start

You must have Event Manager or System Administrator permissions to modify company logos. Company logos are required fields and cannot be left empty when creating or editing companies.

How to do it

Verify that the company logo has been properly uploaded.
Navigate to your event dashboard in Cadence Admin.
Click on "Companies" in the left sidebar menu.
Select the company with the problematic logo.
Click the "Edit" button in the upper right corner of the company profile.
Check the current logo image for quality issues.
For best results, use square-format images with a minimum resolution of 320x320 pixels and transparent backgrounds.
Upload a new logo image by clicking on the current image.
Select a high-quality replacement image from your device.
The system will not save changes if the logo field is empty. Always have a replacement image ready before removing the current one.
Adjust the image positioning using the cropping tool if needed.
Click "Save" to apply your changes.
Clear your browser cache to ensure you're seeing the updated logo.
Test the logo display across different devices and sections of your event.
Logo changes may take a few minutes to propagate throughout all areas of the platform.

Troubleshooting

If logos still don't display correctly after following these steps:
  • Verify the image file is in a supported format (PNG, JPG, SVG, WEBP, or GIF)
  • Check that the image file size is under 5MB
  • Ensure the image has sufficient resolution but isn't excessively large
  • Try a different browser to rule out browser-specific display issues
