Upload and Manage Company Logos

Company logos are a critical visual element in Cadence that appear across multiple areas including company profiles, appointment emails, and the web interface. Properly configured logos help attendees recognize companies quickly and enhance the professional appearance of your event's company listings.

When to use

  • When adding new companies to your event
  • When updating existing company branding
  • When ensuring consistent company representation across your event
  • When preparing for company appointment scheduling
You must have Event Manager or System Administrator permissions to manage company logos. The logo field is required when creating or editing companies.

How to do it

Log in to your Cadence Admin account.
    Navigate to your event dashboard.
Click on "Companies" in the left sidebar menu.
Locate the company you want to add or update a logo for.
Use the search bar at the top of the Companies page to quickly find a specific company.
Click on the company name to open its profile, or click the "+" button to create a new company.
Click the "Edit" button in the upper right corner if editing an existing company.
Upload the company logo by clicking on the image upload area at the top of the form.
Logo images are required and cannot be left empty. The system will not save company information without a logo.
Select an image file from your device.
Accepted file types include PNG, JPG, SVG, WEBP, and GIF. For best results, use images with a minimum height of 320px.
Adjust the image positioning if needed using the cropping tool that appears.
Complete the remaining company information fields as needed.
Click "Save" to apply your changes.
The system will not save if the logo field is empty.
Verify that your logo appears correctly on the company profile.

Troubleshooting

If you cannot save company changes:
  • Ensure the company logo field is not empty
  • Verify that the image file is in a supported format (PNG, JPG, SVG, WEBP, GIF)
  • Check that your image meets the minimum size requirements (320px height)
  • Confirm that you have the appropriate permissions to edit companies
