The Integrations menu in Cadence allows you to connect your event with third-party services and control platform behavior. After configuring integrations, it's important to verify that your settings have been properly applied to ensure they're functioning as expected. This guide walks you through the verification process from the Integrations section (Events > [Event Name] > Integrations).

When to use

  • After configuring a new integration to confirm settings are active
  • When troubleshooting integration issues
  • Before an event goes live to verify all integrations are working properly
  • After making changes to existing integration settings

Before you start

You must have Admin or Event Manager permissions to access and verify integration settings.

How to do it

    Log in to your Cadence Admin account.
    Navigate to your event dashboard.
    Click on "Event Setup" in the left sidebar menu.
    Select "Integrations" from the submenu.
    Review the current integration settings displayed on the page.
Look for visual indicators like checkmarks or "Enabled" status labels that confirm your settings are active.
    Verify Weglot language translation settings if enabled.
If enabled, confirm your API key is correctly entered and not showing as empty or invalid.
