How to Navigate Between Different Appointments Views

The Appointments interface in Cadence offers multiple viewing options to help you manage meetings efficiently. From the Appointments Menu, you can switch between list view, calendar view, and analytics view to visualize your appointments in different formats. Each view provides unique benefits for tracking, scheduling, and analyzing your meetings at events.

When to use

  • When you need different perspectives on your appointment data
  • When tracking appointment status across multiple meetings
  • When analyzing appointment metrics and engagement data
  • When planning your schedule visually by day or week

Before you start

You must have System Administrator, Event Manager, or Event Scheduler permissions to access all appointment views.

How to do it

    Log in to your Cadence account.
    Navigate to your event dashboard.
    Click on "Appointments" in the left sidebar menu.
    Select "All Appointments" or "My Appointments" from the dropdown menu.
Choose "My Appointments" to view only meetings where you are the organizer or scheduler.
    Locate the view toggle icons in the upper right corner of the appointments page.
    Click on the "List View" icon (default) to see appointments in a tabular format.
List View displays appointments with columns for name, date/time, location, people, and status.
    Click on the "Calendar View" icon to switch to a time-based visual layout.
Calendar View offers both 1-day and 3-day options, accessible from a dropdown in the view.
    Click on the "Analytics View" icon (chart symbol) to see graphical representations of appointment data.
    Apply filters by clicking "Refine" to narrow down appointments in any view.
Filters applied in one view will carry over when switching to other views.
    Use the search bar to find specific appointments by title, attendee, or other criteria.
    Toggle between views as needed to gain different insights into your appointment data.
Some features may be limited in certain views based on your event license type.

Troubleshooting

If you don't see all view options:
  • Verify you have the correct permissions for the event
  • Check that your event license type supports all view options
  • Ensure you're using the latest version of your browser
