Notification import and export are features in Cadence that allow administrators to bulk manage notifications through Excel files.
Export
The export feature lets you download a spreadsheet containing all notification data, including headers, body text, visibility settings, assigned recipients, push/email preferences, and linked items. This is useful for reviewing or archiving notification configurations.
Import
The import feature allows uploading a spreadsheet to create or update multiple notifications at once. This saves time compared to creating each notification individually in the platform.
When importing notifications, they are initially saved in "draft" status without a scheduled date, allowing for review before sending
