An overview on the available options to bulk update one or more appointments in one fell swoop
On the left hand side of the appointments listing table are checkboxes for you to select to conduct Clicking on the checkbox to the left of the Appointment column will select all appointments.

Select Ask Customer Type by choosing among based on the type of appointment you will have. Toggle on to make updates or changes on the template.
The option to insert attributes on the email template is available to easily create a template to be sent to multiple customers. Click to review your template.
