Configure Visitor Analytics Dashboards for Company Representatives

The Visitor Analytics Dashboards feature allows company representatives to access data about who visited their company profiles during your event. Through the Companies Menu › Settings section, you can enable this feature to provide companies with valuable insights while maintaining administrative control over analytics access.

When to use

  • When providing exhibitors with visitor metrics for lead generation
  • When offering analytics as a premium feature for sponsors
  • When helping companies measure their event ROI
  • When tracking engagement between attendees and exhibitors

Before you start

You must have System Administrator or Event Manager permissions to configure visitor analytics settings.

How to do it

Log in to your Cadence Admin account.
    Navigate to your event dashboard.
Click on "Companies" in the left sidebar menu.
Select "Settings" from the submenu that appears.
Locate the "Enable Visitor Analytics Dashboards" option in the settings list.
This setting appears in the middle section of the Companies settings page.
Check the box next to "Enable Visitor Analytics Dashboards" to activate this feature.
Hover over the information icon to see a description explaining that this allows company representatives to access visitor analytics data on their company pages.
Review other company settings that might complement analytics access, such as appointment options.
Click "Save" at the bottom of the page to apply your changes.
Changes won't take effect until you save the settings.
Verify the setting is active by checking that the checkbox remains selected after saving.
Inform company representatives that they now have access to visitor analytics on their company profiles.

Troubleshooting

If company representatives report they cannot see analytics:
  • Confirm they have the correct company representative permissions
  • Verify they are accessing the company profile through the web interface, not the mobile app
  • Check that visitors have actually viewed their company profile
