Refined the confirmation workflow for proposed appointments when the invites setting is toggled off, ensuring smoother processing and clarity. It lets the user choose if attendees are confirmed automatically or if the appointment is just to be set as Pending. Updated manual status change logic for invited customers by removing the pop-up prompt if a confirmation ics email should be sent. This is not needed with this new workflow. Enhanced the logic for appointment invite reminder emails to fall within the send invite setting to better align with user expectations and scheduling nuances. Added a loading indicator for using templates in contact options, especially when updates to the template needed to be saved first. Updated the current 'Add Rooms' option in bulk actions to be solely used when the 'Ask Customer' is enabled for appointments, providing more accuracy in room assignment during bulk appointment changes.

Enhanced attendee email templates by making the QR code attribute for attendees available in more than just the registration confirmation email. This update allows for greater flexibility in how and where QR codes are used, enhancing communication with attendees across various event-related emails.
Added a confirmation message to the registration form, warning users that exiting before completing will not save their information or register them for the event. This helps prevent unfinished registrations. Made the "Complete Registration" button always visible and updated the messages to make choosing schedule items easier and clearer for attendees. Addressed layout issues in the website builder, particularly extra space usage when the bullet feature is used. Fixed password requirements being visible during account creation to improve user compliance and security.
Fixed an error encountered when duplicating a schedule item with an online meeting link enabled, ensuring reliability and ease of use.
