How to Limit the Schedule Items Attendees Can Sign up For

This document explains how to restrict the number of schedule items attendees can register for, either across the full schedule or by specific categories/tracks. 

 

Limiting Sign-ups in the Full Schedule 

• In the Schedule Feature, within the options section, there’s a box to enable the Maximum Number of Elective Schedule Items. 
• This setting will limit the number of sessions with registration enabled that attendees can sign up for within the full schedule. 

 

 Note: 

• This option limits the total number of sessions with registration that attendees can sign up for throughout the entire event. 
• It only applies to sessions that require registration in the full schedule. 
• It does not affect pre-assigned schedules in My schedule. 
• Once you’ve enabled this option, a box will appear where you can specify the maximum number of sessions attendees can register for.
