The Event Check-In feature in Cadence allows you to track attendance and generate reports for analysis and compliance purposes. You can export check-in data directly from the platform to get valuable insights into attendance patterns and verify participation at your events.
When to use

Before you start
You must have Admin, Event Manager, or Event Scheduler permissions to export check-in reports.
How to do it
Log in to your Cadence account.
Navigate to your event dashboard.
Select "People" from the left sidebar menu.
Click "Event Check-In" in the submenu.
View the check-in list you want to export.
You can filter the list by check-in status before exporting to focus on specific attendee groups.
Click the "Export" button in the upper right corner of the screen.
The export includes all attendees in the current view, including their check-in status and timestamps.
Select "Download Excel" to export the report as an Excel file.
For some check-in lists, you may also have the option to download a PDF version of the report.
Open the downloaded file to view the check-in data.
The report includes columns for attendee information, check-in status, check-in date, and check-in time.
