The Cadence Services Info menu in Cadence provides essential configuration options for event services, including logistics requirements, hardware needs, and support types. Located in the Events section under Cadence Services Info, this interface allows administrators to specify critical service details that help coordinate support for your event and connect it with external systems like HubSpot.

When setting up service requirements for a new event
When updating logistics or hardware needs for an existing event

When linking HubSpot deal information to your event
Before you start
You must have System Administrator or Event Manager permissions to access and modify Cadence Services Info settings. Required fields are marked with an asterisk (*).
How to do it
Log in to your Cadence Admin account.
Navigate to your event dashboard.
Select the event you want to configure from your events list.
Click on "Cadence Services Info" in the left sidebar menu.
Review the HubSpot Deal Link URL field to connect your event with its corresponding HubSpot deal.
Adding a HubSpot deal link creates a direct connection between your event and its business record for easier reference.
Select a Concierge User ID if your event requires dedicated concierge support.
Choose whether logistics support is required by selecting "Yes," "No," or "TBD" from the Enable Logistics dropdown.
When "Yes" is selected, the Logistics User ID field becomes available for assignment.
Indicate if hardware is required for your event using the Hardware Required dropdown.
Specify the type of onsite services needed from the Onsite Services Type dropdown options.
Selecting the correct service type is critical for proper resource allocation and staffing.
Enter any seminar contract information in the Seminar Contract field if applicable.
Click "Save" to apply your settings.
Troubleshooting
If you cannot access or save changes to the Cadence Services Info menu:
Verify that you have the proper permissions (System Administrator or Event Manager)
Ensure all required fields are completed
Check that your event is in an editable state (not archived or locked)
