Navigate Between Different Cadence Services Info Sections

The Cadence Services Info menu provides essential configuration options for event services, including logistics requirements, hardware needs, and support types. Located in the Events section of your dashboard, this interface allows administrators to navigate between different sections to configure service-related details that help coordinate support for your event and connect it with external systems like HubSpot.

  • When setting up service requirements for a new event
  • When updating logistics or hardware needs for an existing event
  • When configuring onsite support details
  • When linking HubSpot deal information to your event

Before you start

You must have System Administrator or Event Manager permissions to access the Cadence Services Info menu. Required fields are marked with an asterisk (*).

How to do it

    Log in to your Cadence Admin account.
    Navigate to your event dashboard.
    Click on "Events" in the left sidebar menu.
    Select your event from the list.
    Click on "Cadence Services Info" in the left sidebar submenu.
    Review the main "Info" section that appears by default.
The Info section contains the core configuration options for your event services.
    Configure the HubSpot Deal Link URL field if you need to connect your event to a HubSpot deal.
    Select an option from the "Enable Logistics" dropdown menu.
Selecting "Yes" will enable additional logistics configuration options.
    Choose whether hardware is required for your event from the "Hardware Required" dropdown.
    Select the appropriate option from the "Onsite Services Type" dropdown.
The "Onsite Services Type" determines what kind of support will be available for your event, so select carefully based on your event needs.
    Enter any contract information in the "Seminar Contract" field if applicable.
    Click "Save" to apply your changes.
All changes must be saved before navigating to another section or leaving the page.

Troubleshooting

If you cannot access or save changes to the Cadence Services Info menu:
  • Verify that you have the proper permissions (System Administrator or Event Manager)
  • Ensure all required fields are completed
  • Check that your event is in an editable state (not archived or locked)
