The Collections feature in Cadence provides a centralized way to organize and share content with event attendees. When accessing Collections on mobile devices, certain optimizations can help ensure attendees can easily navigate and find resources despite the smaller screen size. From the Collections Menu › Settings area, you can configure display options that improve the mobile experience.

When a significant portion of your attendees will access content via mobile devices
When organizing materials that need to be easily accessible on smartphones or tablets
When creating resource libraries that should be optimized for on-the-go viewing

Before you start
You must have Admin or Event Manager permissions to configure Collections settings for mobile optimization.
How to do it
Log in to your Cadence account.
Navigate to your event dashboard.
Select "Collections" from the left sidebar navigation.
Click the "Settings" tab at the top of the Collections page.
Consider whether to enable or disable the "Recently Viewed" option.
On mobile devices, the "Recently Viewed" section provides quick access to previously viewed content without extensive navigation, which can be particularly helpful on smaller screens.
Create collections with concise, descriptive names that display well on mobile screens.
Organize content into logical groups with fewer items per collection for easier mobile browsing.

Troubleshooting
