When appointments aren't displaying correctly in Cadence, it can disrupt your event planning workflow. This guide will help you identify and resolve common display problems that prevent appointments from appearing properly in the Appointments section of your event dashboard.

  • When appointment details are missing or incomplete

Before you start

You must have Event Manager or System Administrator permissions to modify most display settings. Some troubleshooting steps may require System Administrator access.

How to do it

    Clear your browser cache to ensure you're viewing the most recent data.
    Verify your filters at the top of the Appointments dashboard.
The "All" filter sometimes gets changed to "My" appointments, which limits what you see to only appointments where you're an attendee.
    Check the date range settings to ensure they include your appointment dates.
Appointments outside the selected date range won't appear in your view.
    Confirm appointment status filters aren't excluding the appointments you're looking for.
    Inspect label settings by navigating to Appointments Menu › Settings.
Custom labels that don't match expected field names can cause display issues in some views.
