The Appointments feature in Cadence allows you to export detailed information about your meetings for reporting, analysis, and offline management. From the Appointments section, you can generate comprehensive reports that include appointment details, attendee information, and communication history in various formats to meet your specific needs.
When to use
When creating reports for stakeholders or team members
When analyzing appointment patterns or attendee participation
When tracking appointment confirmation rates
When documenting customer engagement for compliance purposes
You must have System Administrator, Event Manager, or Event Scheduler permissions to export appointment data.
How to do it
Log in to your Cadence account.
Navigate to your event dashboard.
Select "Appointments" from the left sidebar menu.
Choose either "All Appointments" or "My Appointments" from the dropdown menu.
Apply filters if needed to narrow down the appointments you want to export.
Use the "Refine" button to filter by date range, status, organizer, or customer to create more targeted reports.
Click the "Export" button in the upper right corner of the screen.
Select your preferred export format:
Excel (most detailed option)
PDF (for printing or sharing)
PPT (for presentations)
Wait for the export to generate and download.
For large events with many appointments, the export may take several minutes to complete. Do not close your browser during this process.
Open the downloaded file with your preferred application.
Review the exported data which includes:
Appointment details (name, date, time, location)
Attendee information
Status (proposed, pending, confirmed)
User notes and automated email notes
Confirmation source (customer or organizer selected)
Troubleshooting
If your export fails or contains incomplete data:
Verify you have the correct permissions for exporting appointment data
For large exports, try exporting smaller batches by using more specific filters
Ensure your browser allows downloads from the Cadence platform
