The Leads feature in Cadence allows you to export your captured leads data for reporting, analysis, and integration with other systems. You can export leads from both the Admin interface and the Web platform, with options to filter the data before export to create targeted reports.

Before you start
You must have Admin, Event Manager, or Lead Manager permissions to export leads data from the Admin interface. Any user can export their own leads from the Web platform.
How to do it
Log in to your Cadence account.
Navigate to your event dashboard.
Select "Leads" from the left sidebar navigation.
Choose either "All Leads" or "My Leads" from the top tabs.
"All Leads" shows leads captured by everyone, while "My Leads" displays only leads you personally scanned.
Apply filters to narrow down the leads you want to export.
Click the "Filter" button in the upper right corner of the screen.
Select any filtering criteria such as:
Lead categories
Custom fields
Date captured
Company name
Click "Apply" to filter your leads list.
Click the "Export" button in the upper right corner.
Select your preferred export format (typically Excel).
The export will include all standard lead fields such as name, email, company, title, and any custom fields configured for your event.
Wait for the export to generate and download.
Open the downloaded file with your preferred spreadsheet application.
Exporting from Admin interface
Log in to your Cadence Admin account.
Navigate to your event dashboard.
Select "Leads" from the left sidebar menu.
Choose either "Scanned Leads" or "Leads List" tab.
Apply filters if needed to narrow down the data.
Click the "Export" button.
Select the appropriate export option:
Lead Scan Report (Each scan will appear as a separate row)
Lead Report (Each lead will appear as a single row)
Large exports with many leads may take several minutes to generate. Do not close your browser during this process.
Download and save the exported file.
Troubleshooting
If your export fails or contains incomplete data:
Verify you have the correct permissions for exporting leads
Check that your filters aren't too restrictive
For large exports, try exporting smaller batches by using more specific filters
Ensure your browser allows downloads from the Cadence platform
