The Events Team lets you assign colleagues to specific roles so they can collaborate on the event from the admin side. Each role has different permissions and requirements — here's how to set them up.
Access Events Team Settings
Go to Admin → Event Setup → Events Team .
You'll see four role sections. By default, the event creator is assigned to all four.
Event Team Roles
Event Organizer
The Event Organizer is the main point of contact for attendees.
Only one person can hold this role at a time.
Defaults to the event creator.
To reassign, replace the email address with another person's.
Event Managers
Event Managers have full administrative access to the event.
The person must already have the Event Manager role assigned to their profile.
Add them by entering their email address and clicking Add .
Event Support
Event Support members receive emails when attendees submit the Event Support form. They also receive registration summary emails when that feature is enabled.
The person must already be an attendee in the event.
Add one or more by entering their email address(es).
Event Schedulers
Event Schedulers can help build and manage the event without needing full account-level admin access.
The person must be added as an attendee first.
Add by name, email, or multiple email addresses at once.
Things to Keep in Mind
Make sure team members have the correct role or attendee status before adding them — some roles have prerequisites.
The event creator is assigned to all four roles by default. Update each section as needed to reflect your actual team.
If you're setting up a large event team, add attendees first before assigning them to Event Support or Event Scheduler roles.
