Made some design updates to the appointments list and details view as well as the edit mode. Implemented a fixed header for the list view of appointments that stays displayed at the top when users scroll down the page. Improved navigation for rooms at the appointment level in admin which will help make it easier when making edits for several rooms for an event. Fixed an issue that would display incorrect availability when a room was selected and the organizer viewed the appointments in the event timezone.
Introduced the ability to view your password on our create an account, log in and reset password pages and removed the requirement to reenter passwords. Max efficiency!
Fixed the default views for the customer engagements and the main customer lists to not show a pre-selected status filter, as it was not needed to show. Made sure to remove showing column headers in the grid views for the customer engagements and the main customer lists, these are only useful in a table view.
Introduced a checkbox setting to Onboarding options for attendee visibility, which previously was only able to be enabled under attendees options from the people menu in admin. Added some copy on admin for the new onboarding video to ensure users are informed that using URL or Embed video materials will not play the video on mobile.
Added the ability to see email unsubscribe information for the email deliverability reporting section available at the attendee level for an event in the admin. Updated the display on the Pending Connections Tab to first show connections requests received from others, then to show pending requests sent to others.
Updated and improved the display of how common topics of interest display for attendees of an event. It is easier to spot and read through what you might have in common with others.
Updated the display logic for the hybrid event type for registration pages to remove the location name and map if they are not entered/relevant for an event.
Added the ability to bulk import schedule item assignments for people and groups for multiple schedule items via a new import template. The schedule item ID is now being displayed for each schedule item at the schedule item details level in the admin. It previously was only visible in the export. Updated the schedule items import template to include an 'Attendance Type' (In-Person or Virtual) column to be able to define the 'Visible To' for attendees of hybrid events. Made some more updates in the admin to the newly added functionality to assign an embed page as the online meeting details for a schedule item. Fixed an issue that would incorrectly display the schedule item room in the online meeting details instead of showing the actual integration used (eg. Zoom, Webex, Symphony).
Introduced the ability to hide the display of the questions for a survey on the ARS results pages.
Made some improvements on how the Symphony displays on the mobile-optimized browser once the Symphony has ended. It will not offer a redirect to the desktop and the message and leave Symphony will be visible actions. Improved the Symphony playback for mobile-optimized browsers using RTMP content to allow watching the stream without having to be in full-screen mode. Introduced updates to the Symphony recording functionality, currently available only in beta and upon request. Added the ability to end a Symphony from the Symphony list view options drop-down on the web.
